Workflow for Remote Patient Monitoring

  1. Which patients can be enrolled
  2. Approve alert parameters for vitals
  3. Determine frequency of data review.
  4. Determine alert escalation steps i.e phone call, schedule a visit etc.

  2. Record patient consent and gives (mail) them a biometric device
  3. Enters device serial in vendor portal against patient MRN
  4. Trains patient on the use of the devices
